Description

Résidence La Muzelle is located in the heart of the Les Deux Alpes ski resort, which offers dynamic facilities with access to 220 km of slopes, including a glacier at 3600 m. The residence is located in a pedestrianised area, just 100 metres from the Diable chairlift, and offers easy access to shops, restaurants and entertainment within 50 metres. For convenient travel, there is a free bus service nearby, as well as lines from Grenoble. The Résidence La Muzelle is the ideal base for anyone wishing to enjoy skiing, hiking or relaxing in the beautiful French Alps.

Accommodation

The apartments at Résidence La Muzelle are comfortable and feature balconies with beautiful mountain views. Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, hob, coffee machine and other appliances. The apartment has a private bathroom and a separate toilet. Ski resort Les Deux Alpes 3600
The Les Deux Alpes ski resort offers 200 km of pistes on 417 hectares, providing ideal skiing conditions thanks to good snowmaking and a long season. Thanks to the glacier, which peaks at 3,600 metres, there is all-season traffic with excellent snow conditions. The ski resort allows you to ski down from the glacier to the village of Mont de Lans with a total vertical drop of 2300 metres without the need to use the lifts.

Lifts
Les Deux Alpes offers a total of 53 lifts and cable cars providing easy access to all parts of the ski area.

Skipass
The Les Deux Alpes ski pass includes access to the Les Deux Alpes 3600 ski area (excluding the La Grave sector). A 6-day ski pass also allows skiing in other resorts, including Alpe d'Huez (2 days), and day access to Serre Chevalier, Puy Saint Vincent, Montgenevre/Voie Lactée/Sestrieres.

Take the motorway to Grenoble (exit 8 for Briançon, Vizille, Oisans area) and then take the RN 91 to Bourg d'Oisans, from there continue on the D 213 to Les Deux Alpes (about 1 hour drive from Grenoble).

Les 2 Alpes is a leading ski resort in the French department of Isere. The village is at 1,650 m with lifts running to 3,560 m. It has the largest skiable glacier in Europe and is the second oldest ski resort in France (since 1940). It is the highest ski area in France.
Les Deux Alpes offers over 200 km of pistes and more than 2,200 m of vertical drop. The resort also boasts one of the most extensive and revered snowparks in Europe, with a halfpipe, multiple kickers, two boardercross courses and many grinding rails. The snowpark is re-modelled with new features added each season.
The lift system has a combined up hill capacity of 66,000 people per hour. In total there are 59 lifts serving the resort. At peak times lift queues can be very long, and it can take over an hour to travel from the village to the top of the glacier, which is sometimes closed due to blizzards, high winds, avalanche risks, or a combination of both.
The glacier enables year-round skiing (although the lifts are only open from mid-June to the end of August in Summer and December to end of April in Winter with some dates in October too). A funicular railway tunnelled under the ice transports skiers and, in summer, tourists to 3,450 m, with breathtaking panoramic views, including Mont Blanc, L'Alpe d'Huez and much more.
