From the winter of 2024-2025 it is being transformed into a luxury residence with an emphasis on a personal touch, a high level of service and a friendly atmosphere. It offers a great combination of peace, relaxation and comfort, ideal for ski enthusiasts and families who want to combine winter sports with comfortable accommodation.
The residence is located just 200 metres from the slopes and close to shops, restaurants and services. It is part of the famous Tignes - Val d'Isere area, one of the most beautiful ski resorts in Europe.

The residence offers comfortable apartments with natural wooden furniture, soft colours and furnishings of the highest standard. The apartments are designed for different group sizes, from three-room apartments for 6 people to four-room apartments for 8 people. Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, satellite TV and internet access.
