All tour participants have the right to receive the services as described and agreed upon at the time of booking, including accommodation, transport, activities, and guiding services. Participants are entitled to be treated with respect, fairness, and professionalism, and to receive accurate information about the tour itinerary, costs, and any material changes. They have the right to reasonable care for their safety and well-being during the tour, to raise concerns or complaints, and to have such matters addressed promptly and appropriately in line with applicable laws and industry standards.
The basic rights of tour participants are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
